Well the year 2006 i guess was a pretty good year over all. I finished my junior year and started my senior year. now that it the year 2007 i have like almost six months till graduation..woo hoo... lol...
well in the past year my family has been through alot with my older sister. In August my sister had a miscarriage and later Around november we found out she had an assist, her doctor told her to wait a couple of weeks to see if it gets better. well she did and it doubled it size, and to find out it was a cancerus tumor. my sis had surgery and last month we find out that she was pregnant when she had her first surgery to remove the tumor. that had exploded in her body abut it had not spred. now she is going through kemo. but she will make it through it...but over all my year of 2006 went by pretty good and pretty fast.
over the summer i went to sc...i guess that was fun..tje entire time i was there it was over 100 degrees and the humidity sucked.

I chose lyrics to put in as a my choice blog! Bullet for my valentine is one of my favorite bands! I think that this song does with everyones everyday life! Everyone has that thing that they hate the most but yet it can never get so close! Most people are scared that they will end up being no wheres in life and that they will be nothing! i say that there is nothing to be scared of...Fears are with us day in and out the best way is to get over your fear and just go fer it!
I have to say that Bullet for My Valentine is one of my favorite bands there can be! iu have seen them live and i think they are pretty good, they sound like they do on there CD! When i say them i also met them! they are from whales so they sound weird!!

I am in english 12 and we are reading Slaughter house 5! this quote i happen to find a little bit interesting! this wute metions that they are just babies when they had fought in the war! no and days they are sending alot of youngens to the war! We should be able to fight for what we believe in but why should we fight for something that we had not planned on starting and ending and trying to prove that WE ARE better then any other people may think they are!
I have seen some war movies like Saving private ryan anf parorl harber and i think G.I jane also counts as one! in saving privte ryan and parorl harbor i do not remember what all happen but i have seen G.I. jane enough times to express my opinions!
I think that is you send a girl or even a mentally challage person(people) to go to training and possibly the war then i can understand...if and only if that ine person really did not mind or wanted to! But i do not see the point in forcing someone to war when they also get alot of vollenteers along with it!
Well the thing that i love the most is music! i love going to concerts and lil mini shows that happen in springville and some times happens in gowanda itself! going to shows is one thing that i can do to get all of my stress out and help me forget bout all that bad things that have happened during that week! music is away that i like to get my feelings and stress and well basicall anything out if i want to! i will listen to all types of music i am not really that type of person that will dis others music. everyone has a different style no two are exactly the same!
i think that if i had music on while i was doing work i would be abble to cancentrate a little bit better than when i do it just do it streight on! i can get bored really easy so i think that music would help me out alil bit better! music is always all around and you can make it out of anything!

I thought that this poem was talking bout how animals feel safe when they are outside in the dark cuz they know that there is no one out there that can hurt them! unless it comes from the light! The rats think that the lights from the car means death and that the rats are going to die!
The light to people symbolizes a different thing than what it means to a rat! The light to humans means that you are basically dead and your getting taken off to "heaven"!
the day light fer the rats is like huning time! humans can see them easily! and at night is the only time they can go and roam and feel some what safe.
The poem takes place near a dump where the rats are trying to go and eat but there are cars that keep coming and throwing out some trash and they end up getting hit cuz they are so slow!
once the rat sees the light they end up freezing up and getting hit by cars~

Shooting Rats at the Bibb County Dump

loaded on beer and whisky, we ride
to the dump in carloads
to turn our headlights across the wasted field,
freeze the startled eyes of rats against mounds of rubbish.
Shot in the head, they jump only once, lie still
like dead beer cans.
Shot in the gut or rump, they writhe and try to burrow
into garbage, hide in old truck tires,
rusty oil drums, cardboard boxes scattered across the mounds,
or else drag themselves on forelegs across our beams of light
toward the darkness at the edge of the dump.
It's the light they believe kills.
We drink and load again, let them crawl
for all they're worth into the darkness we're headed for
